Creating A Short Story Monday: Choose a short story of your choice and read it. (25 minutes) After reading the story, use paper and writing utensils to create an outline of a short story you would like to write. Be creative and have fun! Don't forget, spelling and grammar count. Continue working on outline for your short story. (20 minutes) When finished, begin writing your short story through Microsoft Word on a computer. Remember to keep story line the same as the outline! Again, spelling and grammar count. (25 minutes)
Wednesday:
Continue writing short story. (30 minutes) Begin work on your Power Point Presentation on a computer. Remember, story line should still be the same as original outline! Please include images, audio effects, and transitions. ( 20 minutes) Here are some tips for a good presentation! If needed, here is some Power Point help.
Thursday:
Finish Power Point presentation. Make sure the story line flows smoothly. Know your material well for presentation tomorrow! (50 minutes)
Friday:
Present Power Point to class on Active Board. Make sure to address the audience! Don't forget to have fun! (50 minutes)
